Getting started

Your agency uses DUSK Handoff to collect content for your website and keep you updated. There are two ways in.

With a link

If your agency sent you a link, open it. You don’t need an account. The link works until the date in the email, and only for your project. If your agency asked for an email code, enter the 6-digit code sent to you; it expires after 10 minutes.

With an account

If your agency invited you to an account:

1. Open the invitation email and choose Create your account. The invitation works for 14 days.
2. Sign up with a passkey or a password.
3. Check your details: your name and phone number.
4. Secure your account with two-step sign-in: a passkey, or an authenticator app.

You then see your projects, what your agency needs from you, progress and messages.
