How it works

  1. The agency creates a project. It picks a template, which sets the pages, fields and files to ask for, and chooses which fields are required.
  2. The client is asked for content. Either through a secure link (no account needed) or by being invited to their own client account.
  3. The client adds content and files, and sends it for review when ready.
  4. The agency reviews each field. It approves it, or asks for changes with a note the client can read.
  5. The agency creates an approved version. Approved versions never change. A later edit makes a new version.
  6. The version is exported as a ZIP package of structured content, Markdown and files, or sent to a GitHub repository as a pull request.

Alongside this, agencies can run revision rounds: publish a preview of the site being built, ask for files or tasks, and have the client approve the preview and confirm the content.

It isn’t a website builder, a CMS or a CRM, and it never publishes or deploys a website. Previews are links to sites you deploy elsewhere.
