Privacy and data

  • Client content isn’t sent to AI providers, and isn’t sent to WorkOS, which only handles sign-in.
  • Files are private. They’re stored privately and only served to signed-in people with access, or to the client through their own link.
  • Email subjects carry no client content, only the project name and the event.
  • Export everything: owners can download one ZIP with every record and file from Settings, Data.
  • Retention: archived projects are deleted automatically after 90, 180, 365 or 730 days (365 by default). The audit log keeps a record that it happened.
  • Deleting an organisation happens 14 days after the owner confirms, and can be cancelled until then.
